WOODLANDS INFO

Coast Tsimshian Resources LP holds 2 forest tenures in Northwestern British Columbia, with a combined Allowable Annual Cut (AAC) of over 550,000mł. Based in Terrace, B.C., Coast Tsimshian Resources’ woodlands are located within close proximity to the Ports of Prince Rupert, Kitimat, and Stewart. Complementing its forestry operations CTRLP owns and operates a 59 ha. log sort yard in the community of Terrace and operates a debarker in the community of Prince Rupert, in conjunction with Tidal Transport, Alcan Forest Products and All-Wood Fibre.

Coast Tsimshian Resources is SAFE Company certified.

The primary tree species are:

  • Hemlock (Tsuga heterophylla),

  • Coastal Balsam (Abies amabilis),

  • Western Redcedar (Thuja plicata), and

  • Sitka Spruce (Picea sitchensis)
